Fill the void under and around your house with our Soil Sealer
How we stop basement leaks in Des Moines Homes

Our basement stop leak solution  is  pumped or injected into the soil under pressure.  The slurry  is pumped at a given point until all voids around your house's foundation are filled.  When pumped into the earth, the slurry  fills holes and compacts loose soil.  The compacted  slurry maintains a distinct interface between the soil,   It does not penetrate between small soil particles, but rather compacts them.
This method will form a barrier between the water and your foundation because water  will take the least resistant path which is now away from your house!

Our Soil Sealer  mixture may be used effectively to stabilize soil in a wide range of geological conditions, including some clay soils, as well as silt, sand, gravel, and boulder.  It forms a seal around your foundation walls similar to clay that keeps the water from entering into your basement walls.

Soil Sealer has been used for more than wet  basements

Sealer injecting works best in soils that are granular and loose, possibly alluvial, which means they were deposited by water.  It also works best in soil that has been used to backfill your foundation.  The soil was disturbed and isnt naturally compacted enough to keep water from flowing through its surface.  The mass of our liquefied soil sealer  pumped underneath the surface takes on an irregular shape reflecting the different densities and consolidation of the soil.

Our liquid  Soil Sealer is injected under 300 pounds per square inch.  The tip of the injection pipe is rammed  into the section of earth that needs  improvement.  The voids within the ground are filled 8 ft below the ground surface along your foundation walls.

Here is a short video showing how our basement stop leak seals up voids quickly
