We got called out to try and fix a leak in the basement wall where the sump pump drain exited the house. This house was fairly new construction and the homeowner had already tried fixing it from the inside with spray foam. The owners where faced with a decision to dig up the dirt along the side of the house or try an inexpensive fix using Basement Stop Leak.
SO ....they chose us! The foreman injected the pump rod into the ground around the exiting 4 in pvc tube and pump the STOPLEAK formula. Within seconds, the voids around the drain where found and the STOPLEAK came into the house just as the water was entering previously. After a couple minutes, the STOPLEAK firmed up and created the water barrier. This picture we shot at the time shows the STOPLEAK formula after it firmed up. The only thing yet to do it scrape away the remaining mess! THE WET basement is fixed!
